BRW Advisory expands to Tasmania

BRW Advisory is delighted to announce expansion of their team to be able to offer our services in Tasmania.

The Tasmanian business will be run by David McCarthy, Senior Consultant who has based himself in Launceston. David relocated to Tasmania in 2015 and has come to understand the local challenges faced by many businesses to obtain optimal and competitive banking facilities.

By linking with former colleagues at BRW Advisory, David can deliver a local service from Tasmania coupled with the broad experience and expertise of the Directors and Consultants at BRW Advisory. This ensures that Tasmanian businesses can benefit from the skills of a large team but applied with the knowledge and understanding of the local environment.

David holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) from Newcastle University. David joined National Australia Bank in 2000 working in a variety of roles in their Asset Finance department before taking a role as a Strategy Advisor. In 2005 David left the National Australia Bank and set up DSM Financial Services Pty Ltd, predominately servicing clients in the construction and health industries. In 2013 David joined Carrington Forsyth as a Senior Consultant. In October 2016 David joined BRW Advisory. David is a director of a number of private companies, representing the interests of high net worth individuals.

Now based in Tasmania David is looking forward to assisting the Tasmanian Business community.
