 A debt-free client sought funding to purchase, construct and equip a new significant manufacturing facility.

 

ROLE

We assisted the client by:

  •  Validating their debt requirements;

  •  Preparing an Information Memorandum to present the company to the 4 major banks;

  •  Establishing a decision timetable to meet the needs of all parties;

  •  Tendering the purchasers debt requirements against a tight timetable;

  •  Liaising with the Banks to address their questions and present the company;

  •  Reviewing competing offers and recommending the best offer to the client; and

  • Assisting the client through the documentation and implementation process.

  •  Ensuring that the right Bank teams were engaged to support the client;

  •  Presenting a high quality client effectively to a new audience;

  •  Delivering a significant debt facility from a zero position against a short timetable;

  • Ensuring that the Banks presented offers that were internally ‘approved’.
